rooms for congress participants.
Due to the popularity of the destination we strongly recommend early

In order to benefit from the special meeting rates available
for ًW C C N participants, please send the registration form and
accommodation form together with the required deposit (if
payment is made by bank transfer, please make payment within 10
working days from the date of booking).
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel
accommodation as soon as possible. We will not be able to
guarantee rooms after June 2, 2010.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if the required
deposit of one night accommodation per room by bank transfer and
fax a copy of the transfer document to the WCCN 2010 Secretariat

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating
the name and address of the hotel. The hotel reservation will only
be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
Payment
Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by secretary World
Congress Clinical Nutrition is payable (less deposit) 21 days before
your arrival in Egypt. Payment of accommodation fees should be made
in US $ or its equivalent in any other currency by the following

Please
note that 3 weeks prior to the meeting, Participants who paid their
deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the full balance
of outstanding accommodation charges to above mentioned bank.
Cancellation of room/nights received up to 15 days before arrival -
full refund.
Cancellation of room/nights received 14-10 days before arrival – 1
night cancellation charge.
Cancellation of room/nights received less than 10 days before
arrival – no refund.
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to secretary W
C C N (either by fax or e-mail).
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release
the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on
your confirmed reservation form, the total accommodation amount will
be charged and no refunds will be made.
