Once a Booking Form is received a contract will be sent to you for completion. This contract should be signed and returned with a 60% deposit payment to the Exhibition Office address above. Alternatively an invoice for the deposit can be requested on the Booking Form. Once this has been received a confirmation of support will be mailed to you with an accompanying invoice.

40% by May 02, 2010
All payments must be received before the start date of the Congress.

Exhibitor badges

You are requested to describe your company details and order your exhibitor badges.
You may continue to add or edit your badge requirements up to two weeks before the exhibition.
Exhibitor Badges are valid throughout the build up, open periods & break down, you do not require a separate contractors pass.
NB Exhibitor badges will be available for collection from registration desk in the main entrance of the conference Hall.
